We have as you know a two-sided brain; the left side used mainly for the objective and logical events of life and the right side mostly for subjective stuff; ideas, concepts and mind bending events. To lead a happy and contented life we have to balance the needs of the left and right organs of consciousness. It's not rocket science, 'all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy' or to put it another way what we must do to feed, clothe and shelter ourselves and what we otherwise do to fulfil and stimulate interest should compliment, satisfy and encourage a sense of purpose. When we get it right the feel good factor includes a sense of adventure, a more tolerant understanding of others, real interest in communicating yourself and perhaps most important of all -YOU become more interesting to other people!

In addition to the Chakra Meditation courses that provide both introduction and ongoing psychic & spiritual development, fully fledged Tarot and Astrology programmes to advanced levels, a self managed Spiritual Healing programme that includes monthly workshops and short courses on object reading and healing -the JCPF is continuing the new programme of psychic & spiritual development that began in 2010 entitled 'The Undiscovered Country'.

This programme consisting of three 10 week courses is for the psychic & spiritual enquirer and those who have already opened up their minds to the endless possibility of a soulful evolution in this lifetime. These courses are essentially practical with short tutorials to introduce each event and cover a range of psychic & spiritual subjects, each tailored to practical development sequenced to advance a pupils understanding and capability.

Although these subjects and practical's cover familiar territory, psychic sense development, healing and mediumship; the pupil's skill potential is fostered by the unique BodyMind meditation and philosophy developed by the JCPF President, Tony Ashenden since the early 1970's. In this programme you don't have to ask yourself -am I psychic? What kind of capability do I have? BodyMind magic is self enabling and starts you off in recognisable territory. What makes these courses so particularly interesting is they can be taken again and again -their interactive nature makes each presentation one of a kind. The development well is bottomless!

If you've read his book 'Tales of Bellerophon -On the Banks of the Shalimar' you will realise that his unique experiences will be a powerful influence upon each teaching event. Designed to meet the needs of the psychic enquirer and those who have an introduction but want to take it further, the 9 week evening course 'CHAKRA MEDITATION' is the ideal interactive psychic & spiritual development.

The next CHAKRA MEDITATION course in 2012 starts on Thursday EVENING 11th October 2012 IN NORTH END, PORTSMOUTH. Taught by Pam Ashenden -a professional medium and clairvoyant whose teaching experience spans 40 years. The purpose of this course is to both balance and stimulate the seven major chakras. Pam does this using a journeying technique which puts the control and extent of development firmly into the hands of the participating pupil. This course is followed by the Advanced Chakra Meditation course programme that consists of four separate 5 week courses. The first is dedicated to Healing development, the second to Psychic Readings, the third to Psychometry (reading of objects) and the final one is development of the creative expression that can manifest as drawing, painting, writing, sculpture etc. The next Chakra Development programme will start again January 2013 on a Friday evening.

If you have completed the introductory Chakra Meditation Course -then you can enrol on any one of these 5 WEEK ADVANCED CHAKRA DEVELOPMENT COURSES for an in depth chakra development experience. Just how can you express the energy you are now releasing -what capabilities do you have? In these 5 week programmes the journeying meditation techniques taught by Pam in the Chakra Meditation course will be deepened and you will learn to channel healing energies and get positive results, engage your Spirit communicators, develop clairvoyance and the ability to read for others, express yourself through object reading and not least -open up the creative channels of power to develop artistic ability, such as drawing, painting, writing etc .As you have come to expect from JCPF teachings, you will always be shown and in practise to open up the higher order of consciousness and just as important, close down in safety with the practise of grounding sessions.

The first five week course is dedicated to healing

The second five week course is dedicated to clairvoyant development and psychic readings for others.

The third five week course is dedicated to Psychometry development; the reading of personal and historical objects.

The fourth five week course is dedicated to releasing the creative expressions of the individual. Linking with the higher nature discover how you can creatively draw, paint, write etc.
